So, dann mal ein update.
Nach dem ich auf dem Weg zu alfafuzzi erneut liegen geblieben bin, hat eine Werkstatt in Dortmund die Reparatur übernommen. Die Teile hatte alfafuzzi ja schon gekauft, daher haben wir die da hin geschickt. Hat jetzt zwar eine Woche gedauert bis ich den Wagen wieder hatte, aber nun ist er endlich fertig. Zahnriemen, Umlenkrollen, Wasserpumpe und Ventildichtungen sind neu. Probefahrt, alles funktioniert wie es soll. Schönes Gefühl.
Und die Heimfahrt habe ich so sehr genossen, dass ich gut 23 Liter auf 100km verbraucht habe. Egal....war jeden Cent wert. Irgendwie bin ich jetzt doch nicht mehr so traurig wenn er nicht verkauft wird 
Danke noch mal für die tipps und Diagnosen. Und besonderen Dank an alfafuzzi für die Mühe.
